Does my second box need to connect to a phone line?
Yes it does. All additional boxes in your home have to be connected to a working phone line but a Sky engineer will sort that out for you.
Will you Relocating my existing box?
If you are upgrading your box our engineer will also be able to relocate your current box to another room when they come out to install the new box.
What stations do I get on the second box with Multiroom subscription?
Multiroom provides the same Sky TV channels as your main Sky TV subscription on a second box in another room. You must be a Sky TV subscriber at all times during your Multiroom subscription. Boxes that receive your first and Multiroom subscription(s) must all be connected to the same fixed telephone line at all times. An extra box is required for each Multiroom subscription.
